I would like to stress my gratitude in building my pool. Upon buying my home in Henderson I re-constructed many aesthetic aspects of the home. Adding a pool was one of them; however Vintage Pools was the only contractor I did not have any problems with. You came out on time. You scheduled your services and completed them at the time you said you would. This is not what I encountered with all the other contractors. By the time the pool was completed I had a problem with the pool light coming on whenever it felt like it. You guys did everything possible, which included four or five trips to my house, until the issue was resolved. No one complained, no one tried to blame it on me, it just got fixed. I appreciate that. I will recommend your company to anyone. Thank you for all your hard work and concern to make things right.

We are so happy with our pool! From the very beginning, you and your team made us feel comfortable and confident during the entire process, from the original design, to picking out tile, to filling with water and jumping in. All of your recommendations for equipment were perfect. I am able to care for the pool myself, and it's very, very easy. Low maintenance, as promised. I have heard so many nightmare stories about swimming pool contractors, and wanted to let you know that you and your staff were nothing but a dream to work with.

Our entire experience with Vintage Pools has been outstanding. From the time we signed the contract to swimming in the pool was six weeks. The quality of work has been equally excellent. The equipment associated with the pool functions as advertised, and has been completely reliable, easy to use, and keeps the pool water amazingly clean. We want to say how delighted with our new pool from Vintage Pools.As a relatively new resident to the Las Vegas area, and having never built a pool before, adding a pool to our backyard after we built our new home, was an exciting but new undertaking and thus a bit nerve racking. Gary and his staff were referred to us by our builder and from our first meeting, we were set at ease. They worked with us through the design process, answering any questions we had and paying particular attention to our goals and wish list for the aesthetics of our new pool and backyard. The design software gave us visuals as we added, replaced, or moved each option, and we ultimately came up with a design that we felt would meet our needs. From the initial dig, to the completion of the pool, Vintage was there every step of the way, explaining what we were seeing and would expect to see next. Once complete, the pool orientation was very thorough and helped us feel comfortable with what we would need to know as we enjoyed our new pool.The finished product was all that we expected, and more, and we now have a centerpiece to our backyard that my wife, family, and friends can enjoy for years to come. Even the landscaper they recommended did a wonderful job of making our backyard the oasis we hoped it would be!I can't recommend Vintage Pools enough. They do what they say they are going to do and do all they can to insure their customers are delighted with the finished product. From first contact the team at Vintage Pools was absolutely top notch. They helped with out tremendously with the design, were straight forward with pricing, and let us know exactly what to expect throughout the process. They even went the extra mile of working with our HOA for approval! And they did all this before we ever arrived in Las Vegas! The construction started exactly on time and went very smoothly. Every step of the way, Gary and his team were both professional and personable. When we wanted to make a small change halfway through the project they quickly incorporated it with only the actual price difference and no change fee. And of the product itself, we can't describe how much we love our pool, hot tub, and fire pit! We get complements all the time and we have a place we can escape year round. When we shopped around for a pool, we met sales people and received quotes from many different companies. You can tell that the service we received from the other pool companies was just lip service. From the time we met Hank and Gary, we felt like we were special and unique. Their when we had questions, their recommendations came from their experiences and their own tastes so we knew we made great decisions. And it was SO fast! From the time we went in to talk about getting to when the pool was ready was a total of 6 weeks! And that is adding a few extra days because we had some pretty bad wind storms. During the entire process, when they said someone from their company would be there to do some scheduled work, there were there. We didn't have to call to follow-up. They were there for us the whole step of the way and would immediately respond to questions over e-mail or text message (yes, text message) within an extremely reasonable amount of time. No issues there whatsoever. We have had inspectors come to the house and a pool maintenance company to help us weekly with pool upkeep since this is our first pool. Every one of them has told us that the equipment that Vintage supplied us with is top notch. It has just made our investment so worth it especially since now we have a beautiful pool in our backyard to look at and keep cool in!

Tuck and I want to thank you for the really great job you did on our pool and spa. When we first met with you we had concerns that the small size of our backyard might prohibit us from creating a pool and spa that we'd love while at the same time leaving us enough space to really enjoy the rest of our yard. The concept I had for our yard included a free form pool and hot tub in a beautiful oasis, but I had no idea how to make that happen. Your design expertise and creativity was fantastic as you began to transform my vision into reality. You worked with us to fine tune the details of the pool, spa and especially the placement of everything in order to optimize our limited space. When the work began you assured us that you would personally oversee the project every day until completion. You were true to your word and you made our project a priority. As well, your workers were present every day, working hard and respectful of us and our property. Your customer service rivals your excellent construction expertise. Although we don't understand the technical details of pool and spa construction, the fact that we've had no issues with the pump, quality of the water, temperature, etc. in other words we have just been enjoying both our pool and spa from day one tells us that you also did a wonderful job in that area also. Everything is perfect and we couldn't be happier. After enjoying our pool all summer and now being well into our winter spa season, all we can say is thank you for a job well done!!
